Rev. Rob Morgan tells the story, "Years ago in the South African town of Ladysmith, a man was reportedly arrested and convicted of the crime of being a discourager.  It was during the Boer War, and he moved up and down the lines of soldiers demoralizing the troops.  I've met some of his kin, but there is never a reason to listen to them.  In fact, all discouragement is from the Devil, and all true encouragement is from the Lord."
