The Popular Chant
A.W. Tozer once wrote, "I do not recall another period when faith was as popular as it is today. Faith has come back into favor with almost everybody. The scientist, the cab driver, the philosopher, the actress, the politician, the prize fighter, the housewife--all are ready to recommend faith as the panacea for all our ills, moral, spiritual and economic. If we only believe hard enough, we'll make it somehow. So goes the popular chant. What you believe is not important. Only believe!"
