David McLaughlin once wrote, "God never asked us to make ourselves worthy of Him, just to be made conformable by Him."  Lately, we have been beginning each week with a story in the Old Testament, and then discovering a correlation--not just in the gospel accounts--but in the the Book of Acts, the story of the beginning of the Church.  It will be an amazing thing to let our minds get wrapped around this connection tomorrow!
