We have been traveling the road to Christmas, passing through several gates.  The first was the gate of trust and obey with Zacharius.  The second and the third were submission with Mary and the Emmanuel gate--the God With Us gate--with Joseph.  But that's not all!  On Christmas Eve morning, at 9:30 am., we arrive at the gate of Bethlehem, and in the evening, at 7:00 pm, the gate of the sheepfold for our Candlelight Communion Service.  Yes, we need all of the gates to truly get to Christmas!
